Microdosing helps millions of people across the world, aged 18-95 years old, feel better, live healthier and be more present.
Many found microdosing more helpful in navigating mental health challenges than their prescribed medication. To name a few: people with depressive symptoms/postpartum depression, burnout, insomnia, migraines and cluster headaches, or hormone issues; those with neurodivergent brains; those with damaged or aging brains; and those in recovery from burnout.
Microdosing does not always act as a remedy but when done right it can be a suprisingly support in your journey of healing, health and enhancing performance.

What is microdosing?
Microdosing is the practice of regularly consuming a very small amount of a classic psychedelic substance such as mushrooms or lsd, typically 5–10% of a recreational dose, with the intention of improving one’s quality of life.
Microdosing does not cause visual disturbances but brings about subtle, yet noticable effects, such as more energy, joy, calmness, focus, feelings of connectedness and presence in the here and now. Researchers have found that some benefits of microdosing can be attributed to temporarily changing brain patterns, the creation of new neural pathways, the formation of new brain cells, and potentially impacting estrogen (hormone) levels and increasing REM sleep duration. Alongside experts like Jim Fadiman (psychedelics researcher and author of Microdosing for Health, Healing and Enhanced Perfomance) I believe this is only the beginning.
What science is trying to understand more deeply is this: microdosing is often capable of balancing what's imbalanced.
To extract all the benefits from microdosing, I recommend making it into an intentional practice that also involves contemplation, self-reflection and community connection.
